"OCCC" will be the final part of the End of Time triptych, begun by Régine Chopinot with "Chair-Obscur" in 2002 and continued with "WHA" in 2004.The End of Time triptych confronts choreographic writing and creation with an eschatological perception of the contemporary world. For it is questions about time, memory and choreographic construction (writing) that are at the root of the three successive pieces, and these questions can never be better concentrated, more compressed, more tense than in the poetic hypothesis, in the fiction of an end to time, memory and construction (becoming). (...) "OCCC" will concern itself with the "time that remains", with that time that has remained last in an end of time: the present. "OCCC" is about what remains to be done, what can still be done, at the place of the performance and while we stand, tight and fast, on a last piece of time which, far from progressing, from unfolding, from taking place there, is permanently reduced, by the front and by the back.
