In December 2022, the first Dance/Philo workshops took place at the Port des Créateurs in Toulon. At the instigation of philosophy teacher Sandrine Bouillard, two classes of Lycée Bonaparte Terminale students worked with Régine Chopinot. The workshops took place over a full day, then in half-day sessions. Régine Chopinot was accompanied by Vincent Kreyder on drums, and Bekaye Diaby to assist her.

The aim of the Dance/Philo workshops is to give students the opportunity to experiment with new tools for connecting with themselves, with others and with others.

On June 9, 2023, Toulon's Le Royal cinema hosted a screening of the film Danse/Philo directed by Wen-Yu Lan. A large number of students were present, even though the school year was already over and exams were approaching. Many Lycée Bonaparte teachers came to see their students in an unusual light. It was an opportunity to get together, to see each other again, to share past moments and to quantify the efforts made.
