This workshop is open to professional and amateur dancers, whatever their preferred style, as well as to anyone involved in physical practice and/or the production of artistic acts.


The day begins, in silence, with a postural and breathing yoga practice. With gentleness and precision, the aim is to open and perceive an inner space, both physical and energetic, in order to better connect with oneself and with others.In the afternoon, through a process based on improvisation and music, we'll set in motion the space opened up in the morning to create an engaged and intuitive dance, linking perception and action.
